How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Contest Synopsis:

This month we are holding two contests at the same time.
Yes, you may enter both, but you can only win one.

The Dark Contest

You will recreate a CLASSIC MOVIE MONSTER. ie Frankenstein, Dracula, The Wolf Man, etc. putting them in an outdoor setting. You must use one of the background stock provided and including the pumpkin also provided.

Yes you can provide your Classic with an updated look. As long as we can tell who the MONSTER is.

You also have the option to gore this up as much as you like. Blood, Brains, and Intestines are welcome here.

The Fantasy Contest

On this contest you will be using the Wicked Witch and the Apple Theme. You must also use a background that we will provide and also the apple. Include what every objects you want. ie. Bats, Ghosts, Cats, Skeletons, and so on.

This Fantasy Contest must not include any MONSTERS.......

By this I mean zombies and or any other horror aspects.

It Has to be all Fantasy.

Welcome to our FIRST real contest at the group. The rules will be a little stricter, and the pay off greater.

We are including some extra stock images this month. You must use one of the backgrounds and either the apple or the pumpkin stock. They can not be used in the same image and they must be used in the correct contest.

So with the whole background situation, does the whole background in the finished images have to be one of the premades or can i use the premades in a new kind of back ground. For example:

"Lets say a get a witch and put her inside, can i have a wall(or whatever) to make her look like she's indoors, but put a window in this wall and then have one of the premades as the outside scenery."

I would say yes. Sometimes in manipulations I will zoom in with a BG and just use parts, like a wall on the house stock. I still credit the stocker just the same. This one is a little harder on some of you.
